REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.
• Registration fees include lunch, coffee breaks, participation in scientific sessions, abstract books, and entrance to the exhibition area.
• Final registration is confirmed upon payment; registration fees must be deposited into the congress bank account and proof of payment sent to the congress organization secretariat via email.
• In the event of changes in tax rates by the government or unexpected economic increases, these increases will be reflected in the registration fees.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• For cancellations made before July 31, 2026, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• Accommodation fees include daily breakfast, 2 dinners, and shuttle transfer service between the hotel and congress center.
• To confirm accommodation requests, payment must be deposited into the specified congress bank account within 15 days of submitting the request.
• Prices are package rates for 2 nights (check-in September 18, 2026, check-out September 20, 2026).
• Accommodation fees must be deposited into the congress bank account and proof of payment sent via email to the congress organization secretariat.
• Please contact the organization secretariat for extra night stays and non-package accommodation requests.
• 10% VAT will be added to accommodation fees.

TRANSFER INFORMATION

• 20% VAT will be added to transfer fees.
