The symposium will take place between September 18-20, 2026, at OMU Atatürk Congress and Culture Center, Samsun.
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.
An invitation letter will be sent to all speakers and participants attending the symposium to assist them in obtaining leave from their respective institutions.
Name badges will be provided to all participants at the registration desk in the symposium center. Participants are required to wear their name badges to enter the symposium venue.
The exhibition/booth area in the symposium center will be open between 09:00 and 19:30.
Symposium certificates of attendance will be prepared digitally and delivered to the participants.
All organizational services for the symposium will be provided by Formice Tourism.
The deadline for abstract submission is Monday, August 17, 2026. Abstracts should be sent to the email address suledeveci75@gmail.com.
