ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

POINTS TO CONSIDER DURING ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND SUBMISSION RULES
Abstracts must be submitted online via the website using the abstract submission system. Abstracts sent independently of the system by email or mail will not be accepted. Abstracts to be presented at the congress must be in the form of experimental studies, clinical studies, or original case presentations, capable of contributing to scientific advancement, and providing a conclusive message. Since abstracts submitted online will be printed as submitted, attention must be paid to typographical errors. Authors are responsible for all typographical errors.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract submission system.
- Academic titles must not be used with author names.
- Names should be written in lowercase with only the first letter capitalized.
- The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (abbreviations excluded).
- If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation must be stated in parentheses.
- The objective of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated in the abstract, the findings summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion explained within the framework of the presented findings.
- The abstract should be structured using the headings: Objective, Method, Results, and Conclusion.
- The entire abstract, excluding the title, author's first name, and surname, must not exceed 300 words.
Any abstract that does not comply with any of these rules will be excluded from evaluation regardless of its content.
Evaluation of Abstracts
The evaluation will be conducted online by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. The evaluation results will be sent to all abstract submitters as an official notification letter.
PRESENTATION INFORMATION
Oral Presentations
When preparing your Oral Presentation slides, please ensure that:
- Slides do not contain more than 7 lines,
- The number of words per line does not exceed 6,
- Slides are prepared horizontally (landscape mode),
- Extremely large tables are not included in the slides,
- Slides are prepared clearly and concisely.
- Presentation time is 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
Poster Presentations
Poster abstracts submitted to the congress will be published as e-posters. E-poster submission guidelines are available in the abstract system, and publication rules will be forwarded to the authors of accepted poster abstracts.
